Digital Marketing Agencies — Chandigarh
Digital Marketing Agencies in Chandigarh
Searching for a digital marketing agency in Chandigarh returns directory listings, sponsored placements, and a dozen "top 10" articles written by agencies about themselves. Very little of it tells you what these firms actually do, who they suit, or how they differ.
This guide is our attempt at the version we wanted. Ellington & Vale is a branding and marketing studio in Delhi NCR — we work with clients in the tricity but we are not based there, and we are listed at the bottom alongside everyone else rather than presented as the answer. Every other agency here is described from its own website, read in August 2026.
How this list was put together
Everything comes from the agency's own site. Not from a directory, not from a listicle. Directory profiles are frequently years out of date and are often written by the agency's sales team, and several of the "top agencies in Chandigarh" articles ranking for this search are published by agencies that appear in their own lists.
They have a real address in the tricity. Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula or Zirakpur — a stated office, not a service-area claim.
Their work or their positioning is visible enough to describe accurately. Where a firm shows client logos but names no work and states no founding date, there is very little a guide can honestly tell you, and several were left out for that reason.
Nobody paid to be here. No affiliate links, no sponsored entries, no commercial relationship with any agency below.
They are not ranked. Ranking a brand strategy agency against a software company that also does SEO is a category error. The useful question is which kind of firm you need.
What the Chandigarh market actually looks like
This matters more than the list, and it is the thing no other guide to this city will tell you.
The tricity's agency landscape divides into two groups that are frequently mistaken for each other.
The first is a small number of genuine brand and advertising agencies — firms whose core discipline is positioning, identity and campaigns, several of them established for two decades or more, with named client work you can look at.
The second, and much larger, group is IT and software companies that offer digital marketing alongside development. Chandigarh and Mohali have a substantial IT services and outsourcing sector, and a great many firms in it list SEO and social media beside app development, CRM implementation and, in some cases, call centre and back-office services.
Neither group is worse. They solve different problems. If you need an application built and marketed, a software company that also runs your SEO is a sensible single vendor. If your problem is that nobody understands what your company stands for, a firm whose primary business is software development is not the right buy, however capable it is — and its digital marketing team is usually a small unit inside a much larger technical organisation.
The confusion is expensive because both groups use identical language on their websites. Reading the difference is most of what this guide is for.
The agencies
[Partners Advertising](https://partnersindia.com/) — Panchkula (Sector 5), brand strategy, identity, campaigns, digital. Founded 2001. The most substantial full-service advertising and brand agency we could verify in the tricity, and one of the longest-established, with a client list spanning Godrej Interio, HCL Foundation and Microtek, healthcare and education clients including DPS Jalandhar, and a significant volume of government and public-sector work including departments of the Himachal Pradesh government. The firm states it has run six state-level political campaigns — a real specialism at compressed timelines and unusual stakeholder structures. Suits established regional businesses, institutions and government bodies needing an integrated agency rather than a single service.
[Mantrin](https://www.mantrin.com/) — Chandigarh (Sector 34-A), with offices in Gurugram and Noida, advertising, brand consulting, creative, digital, web. Founded 2001. The other long-established tricity agency, and the one with the widest geographic footprint. Client logos shown include Marbella, Goyal and Omara, weighted toward real estate, retail, pharma and industrial sectors, and the firm states it has worked with over 500 brands across roughly 25 years. Suits regional businesses in real estate, retail and industrial sectors, particularly those operating beyond the tricity.
[Antraajaal](https://www.antraajaal.com/) — Chandigarh (Sector 8-C), branding, packaging, digital marketing, media. Founded 2010, founder-led. The clearest branding-first positioning of the agencies verified, and the only one with a stated packaging specialism — pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food packaging specifically. Named case studies include JSW, Bunt India and Nugget Nation. Suits manufacturing, pharma, FMCG and B2B businesses needing brand and packaging together.
[Megrisoft](https://www.megrisoft.com/) — Chandigarh headquarters, with offices in London, Montreal and Syracuse, IT services, web, digital marketing. Established 1992. The oldest firm on this list by a decade and structurally different from the three above — an IT outsourcing and professional services company. It is registered with NASSCOM, the CII and Software Technology Parks of India, and is a publicly listed company traded on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India. Its own headline metrics — 689+ clients and over 35,000 projects — are self-reported and we have not verified them. Suits businesses wanting an established technology partner where digital marketing sits alongside development, hosting and outsourcing. Not the firm to call if your problem is brand positioning.
[Digittrix](https://www.digittrix.com/) — Chandigarh, with an office in Auckland, New Zealand, software development, apps, AI, digital marketing. Since 2014. Software-development-led, and clear about it — the primary offer is custom development, with digital marketing and SEO listed among the services. Its self-reported figures — 1,200+ projects, 1,000+ clients, 68+ countries — are not independently verified. Suits companies whose primary need is a product built, with marketing attached.
[Whizamet](https://whizamet.com/) — Mohali (Sector 67), digital marketing, web development, PPC, BPO and KPO services. Founding date not stated. Included because it illustrates the tricity's structure clearly — digital marketing alongside a substantial business process outsourcing arm covering call centre operations, dispatch services and freight brokerage. The site names no specific clients or case studies. Suits businesses wanting outsourced marketing execution and operational support from one supplier, particularly in logistics and freight.
Ellington & Vale — Delhi NCR, brand strategy, identity, packaging, digital marketing. Founded 2026. Ours, and we are not based in the tricity. We work with clients here from Delhi NCR, which is a genuine limitation for anything requiring frequent presence and no limitation at all for brand, identity and digital work. We are a new studio and we would rather say that than imply otherwise — the founder does the work, there is no separate pitch team. If you want an agency with twenty years in the tricity and a state government client list, Partners Advertising is a more sensible call than us and we would say so. Suits businesses whose problem is positioning and identity rather than execution volume, and who want the senior person on the work.
What agencies in the tricity charge
We are not going to publish other agencies' rates. What we can tell you is how pricing is structured here and what actually moves it.
Chandigarh and Mohali are meaningfully cheaper than Delhi NCR, Mumbai or Bangalore for comparable work. That is the market's central commercial fact and it is why a good deal of outsourced execution work runs from here.
Three structures are common. Monthly retainers for ongoing digital marketing. Project fees for defined builds — a website, an identity, a campaign. Percentage of media spend for paid advertising management, sometimes blended with a retainer.
What moves the number: monthly media budget under management, how many channels are running, how much creative and content production is included, and — the one most often underestimated — whether measurement and tracking already work or need building before anything can be optimised.
One caution. In a market where hourly rates run low, the difference between agencies is rarely the rate and almost always the seniority of the person actually doing your work. Ask who specifically will run the account, and how much of their time you are getting. A low retainer buying a junior executive's spare hours is more expensive than it looks.
How to choose
Work out which of the two groups you need first. If your problem is that nobody understands what your business stands for, you need a brand agency. If your problem is that you need an app or a platform built and then marketed, a software company that also does digital marketing is the more sensible single vendor. Both will tell you they do both.
Ask who does the work. The most common complaint about agencies at every size and in every city is that the senior person who won the account is not the person running it three months later. Ask directly.
Ask what happens if it does not work. An agency that has thought about this has a better answer than one that has not, and the answer tells you a lot.
Be suspicious of guaranteed outcomes. Nobody can guarantee a ranking position or a return on ad spend before seeing your numbers. An agency that promises either is selling a sales instrument, not a forecast.
Check whether they have worked in your category. Not essential, and it matters more in regulated categories — healthcare, pharma, financial services — where what may be claimed is constrained by law rather than by taste.
Ask for the account team, not the pitch team. Related to the second point and worth asking separately, because the honest answer is often different.
FAQ
- How much does a digital marketing agency in Chandigarh charge?
- Rates here are meaningfully lower than in Delhi NCR or Mumbai for comparable work, which is a genuine advantage of the market. Structures are usually a monthly retainer, a project fee, or a percentage of media spend. The number is driven by media budget, number of channels, production volume and whether tracking already works. The more useful question than "how much" is "who will actually be doing this, and for how many hours a month."
- Is Chandigarh a good place to hire a digital marketing agency?
- For execution — SEO, paid media, content production, web development — yes, and the cost advantage over the metros is real. The tricity has a deep IT and services talent pool. For brand strategy and identity specifically the field is smaller, and there are fewer firms whose core discipline that is.
- What's the difference between the agencies in Chandigarh and Mohali?
- Less than the map suggests. The tricity functions as one market and most firms serve all of it. Mohali skews more heavily toward IT services and outsourcing; Chandigarh has more of the established advertising and brand agencies. Panchkula and Zirakpur are part of the same market.
- Should I hire a local agency or one from Delhi or Mumbai?
- Local makes sense when the work needs regular physical presence — events, photography, retail, anything involving your premises. It matters much less for brand, identity and digital work, which travel fine. The metros cost more and the difference is not automatically quality.
- How do I check an agency is real before I sign?
- Look for a stated street address rather than a service area. Look for named client work rather than logo walls. Ask for a case study relevant to your category and ask what did not work in it. And be aware that many "top 10 agencies in Chandigarh" articles are published by agencies that appear in their own lists.
